Think about a place in your
mythical story, this might be a forest, cave or castle. Imagine how your
character feels as they enter this mysterious place. Write a short paragraph
including:

Adverbs to show how they are moving eg. Crept
cautiously.

Anything they can hear, smell or touch.
My forest demon slithers about in the shadows of the trees and it glides like someone is hovering on the forest floor . The forest demon leaves a trail of terror after the trail of terror has stayed for a while it gets cold whenever a person goes in and they freeze to death. The forest demon sees people come and it hides and wait for the travellers to freeze in its cold icy trap . It can always hear the travellers heart beating from miles away. The demon can always smell there fear when they enter the dark terrifying woods. The forest demon can only touch people are frozen and there heart has stopped beating. But when they are alive he cannot touch them.
ReplyDeleteZoe nervously crept in the ice cave to find the precious ice crystal. Then she saw it gleaming in the sunlight. Suddenly, her feet felt like they were icicles. After that, she heard a rumbling sound. It was getting louder and closer every second. Zoe better hurry up and get the ice crystal or else she’ll freeze. Suddenly, the walls of the cave started to fall in front of her. She was petrified. Zoe flew to grab the ice crystal but as hard as she tried the crystal would not budge. So she shouted for help after a few second Zoe’s sister Holly rushed in as fast as a lightning bolt and helped her. When they got it they ran out and soon the cave was all crushed.
ReplyDeleteJake was in a cave. He knew that something might happen. He crept very cautiously. Jake moved in a crouching mode so that nobody could see him straight away. He could hear an echo of his footsteps every time. Jake could smell something very very strange… somebody holding an axe with blood on it… IT WAS A MONSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sabrina is in a dark, creepy forest. She ran quickly between the brown- looking trees. Sabrina can see short, squishy grass and some tall green trees. She can hear the sounds of wind and the smell of lavender. She can also touch the slimy mud off the ground.
ReplyDeleteJefferson ran as quickly as possible but the Skeleton Titan was so strong,so fast and so big. He hidden in his house until the Skeleton Titan broke the roof and window. He crept out from his house quietly and quickly, but when he got away, his house was broken to small pieces. After that, he was safe and he found his family and he lived happily ever after.

Setting the scene.

It was a dark and stormy night in the terrifying forest. Josh could feel a rapid wind, breeze across his face and the darkness of the shadows chilled him to the bone as it crept across the forest. The little boy couldn't see a thing except a glimmer of light in the distance. Josh could smell the fear inside of his body which made his mouth dry and his heart, pump faster and faster every second.
In the dark gloomy forest, as the wind howled violently, super veggie(broccoli)crept in the dark spooky forest that had gigantic talking trees and super veggie was shivering he was really scared. He murmured to him self ,“I am not afraid”.
ReplyDeleteAs he walked to save his brother. He smelled ugly smells and felt the prickly grass on his feet. He kept on tripping over and falling on the dirty,stony and muddy path. Suddenly the trees began to attack. He was petrified.
He tried to run but they blocked his way. He shouted for help then his brother super veggie(carrot) sprinted as fast as a cheetah and chopped one tree down and the trees got scared . They came out of the forest and walked back .

One dark, stormy night and the poppy feiled waved slowly, rapidly against the howling wind. There was definitely something sinister happening! The sillouettes of bats around the gloomy building up close really made the scene terrorfying. Do you think your tough enogh to explore this scene????

Luke was a grand prince and only trusted a few people. He was the youngest son in the royal family of McClean. Luke was very tall and had brown short hair. He was the cleverest and bravest in the family. He was on a quest to find his siblings in the forbidden mystic catacombs.
ReplyDeleteAfter a long difficult journey he could see the mouth of the cave in the distance. Luke walked tirelessly until finally, he reached the entrance of the cave. Luke was very scared but thought of his siblings and with determination lit a fire torch and entered. As Luke made his way into the catacombs, he saw a huge shadow towering over him. An arachnid scuttled past him and frightened Luke, so he waved the torch in all directions cutting through thick webs to divert the arachnid so he could go through. A little further, 3 identical skeletons appeared floating in a small canal beside him. A pessimistic thought crossed his mind about his siblings’ lives. On the other side, he heard squeaking and screeching rodents. He carried on treading cautiously until he almost hit his head on a stalactite. As he cut around the corner, Luke shone his torch up and saw thousands of bats hanging on many stalactites. The bat shrieks were extremely deafening but luckily he found another path which led to a clearing. Luke heard the trickling of water and saw a small lake surrounded by moss. The lake smelt of damp and wet vegetation. Luke walked around the edge of the lake and smelt rotting flesh ahead of him and several dead rats lying on the floor almost made him throw up. Luke was fatigued and discouraged as he still had no clue where his siblings were, when suddenly he heard the loud whistling wind, rush into the cave. He wanted to stop the wind so he didn’t fall into the lake. He tried to search for an opening and came upon something very slimy and disgusting. Slugs and huge earthworms were wriggling across the wall. He cleaned his hands in the lake and moved on. When he went past the lake he smelt faeces and saw a massive pile of many kinds of waste. He ran around it and hit a cold wall realising there was a sharp turn in the path. Luke hurried quickly along the path twisting and turning until he came face to face with a humongous 7 headed cobra slithering towards him with hypnotic red eyes and Luke froze in his tracks extremely terrified…

Deep in the dark gloomy forest, Jake was desperate to find open land. He tried calling for help, but there was nothing except hushing silence. Just then he spotted a dazzling bright image of the Sun. Jake raced to it rapidly as fast as a cheetah. But, actually Jake dappled mighty ball of energy which was dazzling near the beautiful waterfalls. It was so powerful and majestic that you could hear it pulsing miles away. Jake tried to reach for it swiftly but his hand just went through it. He tried to touch it continuously but he failed. Suddenly, the ground started shaking and mountains started closing in together. Jake sprinted promptly as fast as he could. He was safe but the majestic ball of energy was not. It was about to shatter to death.
ReplyDeleteMary put one nervous toe through the hug gates leading into the even bigger palace. As soon as her whole body got through the gates she saw about 10 golden chairs with the softest cushion ever. Next to the chairs was a golden table with tea cups and plates but Mary could not think about if there were gold because Mary could hear people talk about shoes, clothes and more. She also saw the prettiest dress she had ever seen on the queen of the world. The dresses were even pretty then hers. After a little while Mary felt hungry, so Mary pranced towards the kitchen. As she was walking she could smell the lovely food as well as a lot of perfume.

ReplyDeleteWhen she said it all, her brothers and her sister got zapped into a dark and gloomy forest in front of a monstrous cave.
All 4 brothers and sisters instantly cuddled up shivering and felt very frightened of their gloomy, dark, wet and cold surrounding.
They gently tip-toed closer to the cave, confused of where they have landed and scared of what they might see.
They gradually got closer and closer to the entrance of the cave, dithering their next move. Big brother encouraged his sisters and younger brother to follow him into the cave, hopeful to find a way home on the other side.
They began to hear howling, is that a wolf or the wind? They wondered?
Followed by footsteps, is that a monster? They terrifyingly thought. Or the echo of our footsteps? They were extremely fearful and held hands tight and wouldn't let go of each other.
Big brother was being very brave to help his sisters and brother through to the other side.
They all saw a glimpse of sunlight hoping thats closer to home. Suddenly they heard some thuds of the cave rock falling to the ground. They moved faster and faster in fear, the light became brighter and brighter as they got closer and closer to the other side.
All 4 of them had a sigh of relief as they ran through the other side into their own garden. And as if by magic, when they turned back to see the cave, it had all vanished.
In the opened space there was a grassy field. Near the grassy field was trees in a row. Taylor was skipping along a narrow path when she heard a rustling noise that made her jump. Then she heard a slithering snake hissing by. Taylor quickly ran away as she saw the snake. She turned around facing the trees and ran backwards. She never looked the other way and then splash into a lake around a castle. It felt cold and yucky so Taylor quickly doggy paddled (swimming style) to the grass and got out. She shook her body and started to shiver. She then looked to the right and saw a dog barking at her. It came charging at her and stopped when he reached in front of her.

Jake Was walking in a mythical forest . Bees flew by and the trees were rustling Jake felt anxious . When a branch hit him in the face and he looked in through the branch . There he saw a Haunted castle . He silently walked in . And when he looked in he saw the most disgusting sight in the world . Snakes slithered by , ants crept round and spiders jumped round . He thought it was all a dream .

Simon slowly crept into the dark, gloomy forest like a timid mouse. He could hear wolves howling and trees swooping around in the wind like an owl. He could smell dead rotten leaves on the floor. Also he heard the leaves crunching each step he took. As Simon went deeper into the forest he felt as if eyes were following him everywhere he went. Quietly, he tip-toed through the muddy forest. As he went carefully along he saw shadows in the distance. Simon felt scared and petrified of what was going to happen next.

ReplyDeleteOnce upon a time,there were a brother,sister and cousin.The cousin`s name is Dan the sister`s name is Emma and the bro`s name is Garry.They were planning to go to Mumbai in India.So they went to a forest because they had a plane they own and the other people came.Then the plane flew 5 minutes ago then the plane crashed then the plane went on fire accidentaly from a person that broke one of the wires."Oh no Steve why".tiredly said Dan and Garry.
"Sorry I did it by accident ill save em all,Everyone get a parachute at the back and fly out".Steve loudly screamed.
But then it crashed so everyone got out and ran off Dan,Emma,Garry and Steve they needed too go to the person they need to but he is careless the Prince he angrily said."Ha no way I don`t care about a plane you people".
So they left and then they saw a cave.
"Woah a mine of ores".
Paragraph 2
They went in the cave and then Steve saw a iron pickaxe and he mined the ores and Emma told Steve."In my house we have a ore money maker so we put ores in the maker and then how much those ores cost it turns into money of how much it cost is".
"Oh ok easy".
So they did it and bought it on saving the plane so they spent all the money they had so they bought a water hose then they spreaded it everywhere of the plane then the water ran out so then Garry,Emma,Dan and Steve became superheroes called The Heroes of Danger.
Jack was lost in a forest, he could smell a horrible smell from the ground. He saw alot of stuff in the forest like herbs, strange flowers, and beautiful trees. He heared the birds chirping , for him it was great because he saw alot of new stuff, but the only thing it was mysterious because he felt something wrong with the forest. He felt the was someone with him, like someone was following him, at night he saw a fox and he thought maybe the fox was following him, because the foxs are always sneaky. And it turned out the fox was following him all the time because the fox was hungry for food. He was so happy when he felt the fox because his fur was really soft. At the end Jack escaped from the forrest and he said to the fox bye, and he went home. His day was great because for him it was an adventure.
